Letter from the Delta Xi President 

Hello everyone! My name is Dulari Doshi and I am honored and humbled to introduce myself as the president of the Delta Xi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at Georgia State University. I cannot wait to serve this next calendar year with such a talented and driven executive board. 

As the year is drawing to a close, I cannot help but highlight the achievements of the Delta Xi chapter. This past year our chapter had the highest GPA of all Greek sororities and fraternities at Georgia State. This award bolsters the women of Delta Xi’s commitment to realizing our potential and consistently striving to be well-rounded individuals. Two of our most vital philanthropic events, Xiti with the Xis and Futbol Frenxi have grown to become more successful than ever and we have had the opportunity to educate a wider audience on Autism Speaks this past year. 

Not only have our philanthropy events grown, but we have had so many amazing opportunities to strengthen our sisterhood. This year, the Delta Xi chapter went camping for All Chapter Retreat and Big-Little Reveal at the Shady Grove Campsite. “Camp AXiD” as we call it provided sisters a chance to step away from the workload of college and hustle and bustle of living in a big city. It gave sisters a moment to fully immerse in Alpha Xi and spend quality time with all of our sisters. Events like these as well as Friendsgiving, movie nights and even simply relaxing at house together has culminated to a stronger, tighter knit Delta Xi chapter.

Our chapter grows leaps and bounds every year and I cannot wait to see the innovative ideas developed by our new executive board. With these strong, dependable young women leading our chapter, I am confident and enthusiastic to see what 2018 holds. However, Delta Xi would not be the chapter it is today without the continuous support from our alumnae. Thank you for creating a foundation to build Delta Xi upon and exemplifying TFJ and heart sunshine every day. Wishing everyone Happy Holidays and a great rest of the year. TFJ!

Alpha Xi Delta Atlanta North Metro Alumnae Association wants to congratulate Rigby Duncan and the Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association for a great biennium! 

Rigby Duncan represented Alpha Xi Delta for the 2016-2017 year as president for our local Panhellenic chapter. Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association has been honored with the National Panhellenic Conference Award for most outstanding alumnae Panhellenic chapter for the 2015 - 2017 term. 

The award recognizes excellence in communication, programming, scholarship and service.  The Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association also received a Program award and a Citation of Merit.  The Atlanta Alumna Panhellenic Association was founded in 1927. They represent 21 out of 26 of the National Panhellenic Council organizations. They award over $10,000 in scholarships to high school seniors, collegiate women and women pursuing graduate school. They also support the Mary Hall Freedom House, a local organization that supports 675 women and 130 children annually.  

Congratulations again to Rigby! Thank you for constantly being a great representation for Alpha Xi Delta.

February 8th @ 6:30pm - Adulting 101 Senior Night - We will be collaborating with one of our local collegiate chapters to host an event that will benefit graduating seniors and recent graduates on important topics such as budgeting or getting a new job.

New Year, New Website!

Hello Alpha Xi Delta Sisters!

I am pleased to announce we have a new look here on our website for the Alpha Xi Delta Atlanta North Metro Alumnae Association. As you all well know, Alpha Xi Delta, on a national level, redid their website and logo this summer. We here at Atlanta North Metro have redone our website to go along with the new look! I personally love the new colors, fonts, and logo.

Along with the new colors/logo, our pictures page has been split up so that you can see pictures from each year individually. The Founders Day pictures are also on their own pages.

Alpha Xi Delta Founder's Day Celebration- 

When:Saturday, April 29th, 2017, 11 am

Where: Druid Hills Golf Club, 740 Clifton Rd, Atlanta, GA 30307

Details: It's finally here!  We will be celebrating the 124th anniversary of the founding of Alpha Xi Delta. We plan to induct at least 3 ladies into the 50 year club (Order of the Rose), and hopefully a few 60 years (Pearl), and 75 years (Diamond). We will also be holding a raffle, so you will have the chance to win wonderful prizes like gift cards, homemade blankets and more! (Please bring cash). All the money raised will be donated to Autism Speaks.

Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Spring Scholarship Luncheon-

When: Saturday, May 13, 2017, 10:30 am 

Where: Cherokee Town Club, 155 West Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30305

Details: Please register online to attend this years Spring Scholarship Luncheon! The cost is $40, payable online at www.atlantapanhellenic.org. Our own Rigby Duncan will be presiding as the current AAPA president. Be sure to arrive on time, as there will be a fun and packed agenda, including a raffle, silent auction, slide show, and installation of new officers. We want Alpha Xi Delta to be well represented!

Kappa Alpha Mock Recruitment -
